2009 Museum Leadership Program

(for future leaders of our museums, 9-14 August 2009)

Every two years museum professionals from Australia and the region have the opportunity to nominate for the Museum Leadership Program (MLP).

The 2009 MLP program is being realised at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, North Ryde, NSW, in August 2009.

MLP is a challenging and intensive 6-day residential program designed to meet the needs of senior museum professionals, with a particular emphasis on nurturing the leadership that will shape the sector in the future.  Led by an outstanding international faculty, the highly interactive program brings a global perspective to the Australian museum industry.  Participants focus on strategic planning and management issues relevant to the region.
