2010 Museums Australia Multimedia & Publication Design Awards

Click here for MAPDA 2010 SHORTLIST

MAPDA 2010 judging was completed in Canberra on 12 August 2010.  The shortlist is now available.

Material produced from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 will be eligible.

Entries will close at the end of July

In 2010 the MAPDA electronic categories have been expanded to reflect the growing use and relevance of this form of media. Competition will be strong, so select those print and multimedia ‘publications’ which demonstrate the best in design and communication.

Judging is by a panel of peers and industry experts.

Winners will be announced on 29 September 2010 during the Museums Australia National Conference ‘Interesting times: new roles for collections’ in Melbourne, 28 September – 2 October 2010 and presented in a subsequent issue of the Museums Australia Magazine and on the Museums Australia website.

Entries will be invited from Museums Australia member and non-member organisations involved in the collection and display of cultural material. Only organisations (not individuals) may enter.
