The Museum Historians' National Network provides an information and support network for museum historians working throughout Australia. Through the provision of a bi-annual magazine, regular professional development bursaries and opportunities for networking and discussions we aim to encourage the use and practice of history in museums.
Historians National Network offers an annual bursary program for the professional development of the network's members. Applications for our bursary program can be submitted at any time of year. Applications will be assessed by the sub-committee twice a year after the 28th February and 31st August. Please use the application form to apply for a bursary of up to $1000 for any professional development activities.
Timelines keeps members up-to-date with new museum exhibitions, research projects and special events. It is bi-annual with issues in March/April and October/November. The latest issue of Timelines is now available online.

All members are encouraged to contribute articles, photos and reviews to our bi-annual magazine Timelines to share their activities and work with other members. Members can also share links to interesting articles, photos of their work etc to the Museum Historians Facebook Group.
