The Shrine of Remembrance is Victoria’s principal war memorial for the commemoration of the service and sacrifice of Victorians and all Australians at war and in peacekeeping.
The Assistant Curator will play a key role in the research and development of allocated exhibitions planned for 2019/20. As such the successful candidate for this position will be experienced in historical research and exhibition development, demonstrated organisational skills, and well developed interpersonal skills enabling them to effectively communicate with stakeholders including, veterans and their families, other cultural institutions, and other Shrine staff.
This position will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to play a significant role in exhibition development at one of Victoria’s premier cultural institutions.
